We offer Vocational Life Skill Training, One-on-One Basic Computer Training, and Assistive Technology Training.

The staff develops job openings through direct employer contacts to assist program participants with their job search.

Job Coaching
The staff provides work site support and/or training to ensure successful performance and assimilation to the work place.

Employ Ability '04 is directed by James S Lain. A graduate from the University of Wisconsin with a M.S. degree in Special Education. He has over 35 years of experience assisting persons with disabilities in vocational, residential and recreational settings.
